What makes the Jessica Kathryn Collection different from other homeware brands?
Every piece is chosen by our interior design studio, not a buying team working from a trend report. These are the vases, candles, textiles and objects we reach for in real client projects, curated to feel collected rather than mass produced.
What if something is not quite right when it arrives?
We want your home to feel considered, not compromised. If an item is not quite right, you can return it to us provided it is unused and in its original condition within the time frame set out in our Returns Policy. Once we have received and checked the item, we will process your refund as quickly as possible.
Where do you ship to and how long will my order take?
We currently ship within the UK. Delivery times will depend on the option you choose at checkout, but most orders arrive within a few working days once dispatched.
Will sold out items be restocked?
Some pieces are core and will be restocked where possible, but others are limited runs depending on supplier availability. If something you love has sold out, feel free to contact us and we can let you know if it is likely to return or suggest a close alternative.
