We hope you love your purchase from Jessica Kathryn Interiors. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make the returns process as simple and smooth as possible.

Returns & Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your order and return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving them.
To be eligible for a return:
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging
  • Items must be in a resalable condition
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
How to Request a Return
To start a return, please email us at:

Include:
  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
 
Return Postage
  • Return postage is the responsibility of the customer
  • Please keep proof of postage until your return is complete
  • We cannot begin the refund process until we receive and quality check the item/s
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days and issued to your original payment method.

Please note:
  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable (unless the item is faulty or incorrect)
  • Return postage costs are non-refundable (unless the item is faulty or incorrect)
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at admin@jessicakathryn.co.uk, including photographs where possible.
In these cases, we will arrange a replacement or full refund and cover the return postage.

Non-Returnable Items
Unless faulty, we cannot accept returns for:
  • Used candles
  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Sale or clearance items
