Ares Side Table, Brown Emperador Marble

Brown Emperador marble stopped us the moment we saw it, and it's the reason the bronze Ares is the most visually striking of the five.

The stone is a deep, chocolatey brown threaded with fine veins of cream and warm gold that catch the light and give the surface this almost woven quality. It's characterful in a way that's quite rare in a material at this scale. Rich without being heavy, detailed without being busy.

The bronze base has a warm, burnished finish that feels perfect next to it. Both materials share the same depth and earthiness, and neither one pulls focus from the other. In low light, particularly, this pairing does something that we find really difficult to articulate without just telling you to see it in person.

If you want to layer it, the proportions are identical across every version of the Ares, so placing this alongside the antique brass or aged silver reads as considered rather than coincidental.
